Configure structure to store work items data

  1. Create or access organization and workspace which will contain your projects, milestones and other types of items.
  2. If needed add or change item types in the workspace. Portfoleon creates several types of items automatically: Project, Milestone, Event.
  3. Add workspace fields – attributes of your items. Key fields like Name, Start and End Date, Complete % are built-in attributes managed by the system, those cannot be removed or re-configured. Portfoleon also adds several custom fields, which you may remove or change: Project scope, Team, Priority, Project manager.
  4. Configure item forms. All set of fields is applied to all types of items. Configure a form for each item type (project, milestone, etc) to show or hide needed fields.
